Katana destroys confidential paper and data media under certification. The business connects a public storefront, an operations platform, a fleet of trucks and the crews in the field. Very different uses, which all the same had to work as one system.
Design and engineering were carried together, from the identity through to the working tools. Each product was shaped around its real use: a customer posting a hard drive, a planner filling the weeks ahead, a driver working through a run. One brand, one platform, interfaces fitted to each context.

KATANA AT HOME opens a certified industrial service to individuals and small businesses: choose what needs destroying, prepare the parcel, send it by Swiss Post, DPD or DHL, then receive the destruction certificate. The whole path runs in four languages, from payment through to certification.
Planning, tours, contracts, customers, billing, fleet and KPI in a single platform. Several hundred jobs can be organised and tracked there, from the first request through to the destruction certificate.
The same data, shaped for the field: delivery slips per truck, the run in order, and statuses updated straight from the cab. Everything stays in sync with the office in real time.
